Revision Policy

Our packages include a revision option to ensure customer satisfaction. We recognize that clients may want adjustments, and we are happy to provide them. Unlimited revisions are available at no extra charge, as long as the original design concept and creative direction remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours, ensuring timely updates.


1. Design Proposals and Approvals

  • Deposited funds for projects are non-refundable once the project is completed, unless Pixel App Labs cancels or terminates the contract for reasons not related to client non-performance.

  • Refund requests will only be considered before the approval or modification of initial design concepts. Once a design is approved or changes are requested, the refund option becomes void.

  • If a refund is requested before delivery of initial design concepts, a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) will be issued.

  • Refunds requested within 48 hours of initial delivery are eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% processing fee).

  • Refunds requested within 48โ€“120 hours of delivery are eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% processing fee).

  • No refunds will be entertained after 120 hours of design delivery, though clients are encouraged to contact us for further assistance.

  • If no action is taken on an order within 30 days, refunds will no longer be available. However, orders can be reactivated with an additional fee.


2. Final Files and Completed Services

  • No refunds are available once final files have been delivered.

  • For website packages, no refunds are issued after development is completed or the site is deployed live.

  • For video animation services, no refunds are issued once the storyboard has been created.


3. Refund Requests and Communication

  • All refund requests must be submitted to our support team.

  • Pixel App Labs reserves the right to review and approve refund requests at its sole discretion.


4. Custom Packages and Additional Services

  • Custom package refund terms are the same as individual package terms.

  • If multiple services are purchased and one is approved, only the non-approved service(s) may be refunded during the initial concept phase.


5. Valid Reasons for Refunds

  • Refunds must be based on valid reasons that align with the design brief and customer feedback.

  • If designs meet the brief but do not satisfy the client, further revisions will be provided instead of a refund.


6. Good Faith Orders

Our money-back guarantee is offered in good faith. If a client orders the same design project from multiple agencies with the intent of claiming multiple refunds, Pixel App Labs reserves the right to reject the refund request.


7. Customer Involvement

Active client feedback and involvement are necessary to achieve the desired results. Clients are expected to provide timely responses to finalize designs effectively.


8. Unique Design Guarantee

Pixel App Labs guarantees that all designs are 100% unique. If a logo is later found to closely resemble another design, we will offer a free redesign. Any resemblance will be treated as coincidental, and we are not liable for compensation. Securing copyrights or trademarks for completed designs is the clientโ€™s responsibility.


9. Business Closures

Payments made for SEO and social media services are non-refundable, even if the business temporarily or permanently shuts down operations.


10. Website Design & Development

Once payments for website projects are made, they become non-refundable due to the extensive time, resources, and costs involved.


11. SEO & Social Media Marketing

Payments for SEO and social media marketing services are non-refundable, with no exceptions.


12. Content Writing Services

There are no refunds for content writing packages.


13. Patent & Trademark Filing Fees

Patent and trademark fees are generally non-refundable once submitted. In rare cases where a filing has not been processed, a refund may be possible.


14. Testlink Approval & Legal Services

  • Once website mockups are placed on a testlink and approved, refunds will not be issued.

  • Legal paperwork services are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed according to our policies. Please note:

  • Upon refund, all design rights revert to Pixel App Labs.

  • Clients may not use, publish, or display refunded designs or related material.

  • Pixel App Labs collaborates with copyright authorities to ensure refunded designs cannot be reused or claimed as original.


Quality Assurance Policy

Our design team is committed to quality and originality. We follow client specifications closely, conduct thorough research, and deliver high-quality creative work that aligns with your requirements.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Pixel App Labs is dedicated to refining your designs until you are fully satisfied, provided revisions fall under the package you selected.


Domain & Hosting

  • Domain and hosting are not included in most packages unless otherwise specified.

  • If hosting is not purchased through us, email services will not be provided.

  • Hosting, domain, and email server packages are non-refundable.


Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver design files via email within 5โ€“7 business days of your order.

  • Rush delivery (within 48 hours) is available for an additional $100 fee.

  • All timelines for revisions and refunds are based on the official delivery date communicated by email, call, or text.


Communication Policy

Pixel App Labs is not responsible for communication received from unofficial emails (not ending in @pixelapplabs.com) or phone numbers not listed on our website. We only take responsibility for communication made through our official channels.


Access to Information

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Pixel App Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false or incomplete details are provided.


Third-Party Integrations

We may assist clients in integrating third-party plugins or APIs as per standard practices. However, negotiations, fees, or responsibilities with third-party providers fall outside our scope and may require additional charges.
